I am way overdue in posting this recommendation and I apologize for that. Tracy was a caregiver for my mom for two months. The first day Tracy started, she had car trouble. She called me to let me know and she took public transportation to get to my home and was only about 5 minutes late. Tracy was caring, knowledgeable and dependable. My mom had cancer and couldn't do too much on her own. Tracy prepared breakfast and lunch for my mom, helped her go to the bathroom, bathed her and helped her with her diabetes medication. Tracy would let me know my mom's sugar levels during the day and also advise me what was going on. When the weather was nice, Tracy would take my mom for walks and also sit outside with her. Tracy was with us until my mom passed away. My mom liked and trusted Tracy. They talked a lot and most importantly, laughed a lot. Tracy would still be with us if my mom were still here. I would hire her again if we ever had the need.
