About Traci

Got my ParaPro certification October 2025. Have been working at an elementary school for the last 7 months and I've enjoyed it. I work with small groups of Kindergarten classes to help aide students using the UFLI reading program. I also help with math and reading Acadience testing. I work with 1st-3rd grade groups using the 95% reading program & testing as well. It's been rewarding getting to know each child's reading style and seeing their improvement in the short amount of time I work with them. I'd describe my personality as easy to get along with, compassionate, dedicated. I like working with kids because they are honest, they try hard and it's rewarding to see them grow and achieve their goals. I'm looking for a job that I can help tutor kids who need extra help in a subject. I've benefited as a student and parent from tutoring so I think it's valuable to be able to offer it to others.
