I’ve recently started working with Tracy for House cleaning. She’s direct and professional, this is someone who communicates well, she is responsive. As it’s my first time ever having a house cleaner I was impressed by all the effort she put into paying attention to details and checking in with me to understand my preferences. I’m a picky person and she was not judgmental. She likes to get her work done efficiently and she’s very astute. I work from home and I was able to do my work in peace while she cleaned which I really appreciated. I love that she advocates for herself and gives her input where I need it as I’m very busy. You can tell she really cares about doing the job right and well which is something I really appreciate with her. She’s also understanding like when I have to go out of town she is understanding and works with my schedule as a career woman. All of these things makes Traci invaluable and I’m continuing my services with her.
