About Tracie

My name is Tracie and I am 26 years old. I have nearly 10 years of experience in working directly with and providing care for children! I have experience in working with children ranging from infancy to early adolescence. My passion for the welfare of children has influenced my choice to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and seek places of employment where children are the main focus. As a result, I have spent years working as a personal nanny, daycare provider, private-school instructor and in-home youth counselor for at-risk youth. From my work experience, I have gained an exceptional amount of patience, understanding, creativity, sincerity, communication skills and skill-building techniques with children.
