Tracey has been our nanny for the last year and half, since our daughter was 4 months old - She’s now 21 months. She’s the most patient, loving, and nurturing person, and has been a wonderful fit for our family, including our daughter who just adores her. Tracey was our first nanny so we weren’t sure what to expect but she blew all of our expectations away, and we quickly got into a nice groove and routine when she started. As my husband and I both work demanding jobs, we needed help not only with our daughter but around the house too and Tracey has helped keep things running since the day she started. In addition to being incredibly nurturing to our girl, and making the sweetest art with her that we hang all over our walls, Tracey has helped with her development, helping her hit her milestones and has even stepped up when we realized our girl had a speech delay. We will miss Tracey terribly, as we’ve made the tough decision to put her into a school program to help with her speech delays and overall development. Any family would be lucky to have her, and we can’t recommend her enough!
