About Tracey

Hi families! My name is Tracey, and I am a dedicated child care professional with 5 years of experience caring for children from newborns through teens. I hold a BA in Early Childhood Education and firmly believe in fostering an environment rooted in imagination, active learning, kindness, and fun. In addition to general child care, I have specialized experience working with neurodivergent children, including one year of dedicated experience supporting a child with Level 3 autism. Through this role, I gained valuable ABA knowledge while working directly alongside behavioral therapists, allowing me to implement structured, positive routines seamlessly. I am fully CPR certified, completely pet-friendly, and always happy to help busy households by taking on light household chores.
