About Tory

Hi, I'm Tory! I'm a dedicated childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. As a friendly and patient individual, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. With a year of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, aged 4 to 12+. I'm currently enrolled at Westmont College in Santa Barbara and am home for the summer in Altadena, CA. I prioritize open communication with parents and provide regular daily updates. I believe in following the parents' lead regarding household rules and strive to make their lives easier by assisting with simple cooking, laundry, light housekeeping, travel, crafts and swim supervision. My early childhood development coursework contributes to my ability to provide a high standard of care. I am super committed to fostering a fun and educational environment. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games to nourish children's mental and emotional well-being.
