I'm an experienced childcare provider with a deep passion for nurturing children's growth and development. Having successfully juggled multiple tasks as a Child and Youth Program Assistant, I've honed my skills in behavior management, program development, and educational support. My patient, creative, and approachable nature creates a positive and supportive environment for children. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and promoting good behavior. With more than 3 years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for two children, ranging from infants to pre-teens, as well as my own as I have 10-month-old. I enjoy playing a variety of games, from outdoor sports to educational games that foster learning.
