Tonya is patient and wants the best for her client. She adjusts as the situation/care warrants. She is willing to learn new things that will help my mom and is always keeping us informed of any changes. Tonya is flexible and is sometimes wiling to work additional hours when another caregiver calls out or is not available, which is so helpful. She not only is a caregiver, but a friend to my mom as well.
