About Tonya

I have 20+ years experience working with all levels of care. Companion care, dementia, general care, post surgery, post injury, hospice, and all other areas of elder care services. I'd describe my personality as Sincere. Dedicated. Trustworthy. I like caring for seniors because it weighs on my heart that there are people out there doing this job that don't care for it so I try every day to show my clients what true sincerity is. I'm looking for a job where I can create an environment for my client where he or she is comfortable, happy and safe. Where we work together as a team to make their life exactly they it should be. I started caring for seniors when my grandfather got cancer. I had a front row seat when hospice took care of him and it was so beautiful. They were a gift from God. It touched my heart in a way that changed me forever. And I walked away from my career of 15 years and went into home healthcare. I've been here ever since. I feel blessed to have this job.
