About Tonya

I have 19 years experience as a early childhood teacher. I absolutely love teaching and I absolutely love working with children. I like to read books and sing with children. I Love doing fun arts and craft projects with the children too. I love helping children learn. I'd describe my personality as patient, caring, and dependable I started working with kids when I was 13. I would babysit all the neighborhood children and I would play with the kids. When I entered college, I knew I wanted to work in early childhood education. For 19 years, I have taught in the classroom. I'm looking for childcare/nanny work because I know this will be the perfect fit. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband, play with my dog, paint, knit, read books, and cook. My skills include changing diapers, settling conflicts, and making everyone feel safe.
