About Toni

Hi! I'm Toni, a caring and dependable childcare professional with hands-on experience working with infants, toddlers, and young children in a Montessori-inspired classroom environment. I have experience creating age-appropriate activities, supporting children's developmental milestones, maintaining routines, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. I especially enjoy incorporating Montessori-inspired activities, reading, arts & crafts, sensory play, music, outdoor play, and hands-on learning into children's time with me. I believe children thrive when they are given patience, consistency, encouragement, and opportunities to explore I'm comfortable caring for multiple children and understand the importance of keeping parents informed and maintaining the routines and expectations they have established at home. My goal is to provide parents with peace of mind while making sure their children feel safe, supported, engaged, and cared for.
