About Toni

My name is Toni. Many people would describe me as very energetic, outgoing and silly, and I must agree. I am a big kid at heart, but I'm also very hardworking and responsible, especially with kids. I am currently attending Prairie View A&M University and I am a full-time student. I am a nursing major and plan on attending nursing school in the spring. My availability should be posted on my page and is up to date. I have more than enough experience with kids. I served as a PAL (Peer Assistant Leader) for two years while attending high school. This is a mentoring program that travels to many different elementary schools and junior highs speaking and uplifting kids to be leaders. I am CPR certified and trained in First Aid. I am working at a recreation center. Here, I have firsthand experience with picking the kids up from their school, allowing them to have free time, providing them with whole grain snacks, helping with homework, playing organized group games and speaking with parents if the kids had any injuries or behavior problems. I'm always an excellent choice for occasional/emergency sitting; I am always there when you need a sitter. I have a car; it allows me to transport kids to different places if needed. Last but certainly not least, I am a big sister to my 7-year-old brother. I also love pets.
