About Toni

My name is Morgan -- I am a full-time Social Work student here in Knoxville! I began babysitting for family and friends about a year ago, and quickly realized my love for childcare. I have primarily worked with children with neurodivergency, but feel confident in caring for any child. When it comes to approach, I enjoy letting children guide play, allowing them to learn hands-on and to control their desired sensory experiences in a safe, supervised environment (whether that be through painting, crafts, pretend play, or simply watching a movie). Meeting parental wishes is my highest priority, so if house-rules differ from my prefered approach, I am more than happy to follow them. I am also available to do house cleaning, meal cooking, to perform bedtime routines, and more!
