Tonia did respond promptly once contact information was exchanged. Upon contact Tonia was attentive and understanding of what I was requesting from a care provider Although this was a one day case for a couple of hours compensation was negotiated and she accepted the assignment. On the day of the procedure Tonia was contacted by hospital staff and directed to the on-site pharmacy to pickup meds. Upon discharge I was transported home safely. Tonia did reach out to see how I was doing. Tonia was professional and fulfilled what was requested of her. I do recommend Tonia for hire and have no complaint Mr A
