About Tonda

I'm a psychology major graduating in Summer 2027, with 15+ years of experience in education and over a year of full-time nanny experience. Nurturing children's curiosity is my passion, and I'm dedicated to supporting their growth and development from infancy through the preteen years. My approach combines patience, calmness, and creativity. I enjoy arts and crafts, outdoor activities, imaginative play, and hands-on learning. As an educator, I also prioritize age-appropriate milestones and creating a safe, engaging environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves and asking questions. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have completed Early Childhood Education coursework. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and assisting with meals, light housekeeping, and travel. I bring consistency, warmth, and respect to every family I work with.
