About Todd

Empowering students to reach their full potential is the driving force behind over 35 years of experience as a Certified teacher. I specialize in middle and high school Math, where I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my approach using visual aids, discussions, or hands-on practice. When concepts feel difficult, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to keep you motivated. I believe open communication creates a collaborative environment where we can achieve your academic goals together. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a challenging problem finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work. I am happy to meet at your home, the library, or online, and I look forward to helping you grow as a learner.
