As a Certified Home Health Aide with two years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, manage medications, and offer mobility assistance. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I build connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular texts or phone calls, and by following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
