About Tisha

Hello! My name is Tisha , and I am an experienced credentialed teacher. I work as a Teacher of Record for a local charter school during the school year and am available for tutoring during the summer months. I am passionate about teaching little ones about the wonderful world of reading! I like to incorporate a variety of fun activities to keep my students engaged, including hands-on games, kinesthetic learning, story reading, flashcards, and more! I value each student's learning process, and I demonstrate a gentle and patient teaching style. I typically focus my instruction in the pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and 1st grade levels. Thank you!
