I really liked Tiona during the phone interview and then an in-house interview, and there was an instant bond with my child. I hired her and we had a great first day. Then the second day, she texted me 1 minute prior to the time she was supposed to come saying she had overslept and not feeling well, so she would not be coming, but it would never happen again. I have a strict work schedule but I decided to give her a second chance. I tried calling her later in the day, but she didn't answer. I texted her if she were coming the following day but she didn't respond... I tried calling and texting for 3 days after that but she completely ignored me. Was she kidnapped by aliens? I don't think so... I just can't believe people can be this unreliable not to even tell me that they decided not to work any more..
