Tina has cleaned for me (weekly) for many years. She is absolutely the most thorough and meticulous house cleaner I have ever had. She is self motivated and "digs in deep" to the dirt and grime. Certainly not afraid to get her hands dirty. I would highly recommend Tina for routine and Sping/Fall heavier cleaning.
