About Timothy

I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and RBT Trainer with nearly 3 years of professional experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, and other neurodivergent children through age 12, with an emphasis in early intervention (18 months-5 years). I've worked in clinical and in-home settings with verbal and nonverbal children across a wide range of support needs, including challenging behaviors. I have a strong understanding of behavior, ABA, and evidence-based behavioral research, with experience using play-based approaches to support communication, social skills, transitions, emotional regulation, and independence. I'm completing my Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis and accruing hours toward becoming a BCBA. I also have 5+ years of volunteer and paid babysitting experience and am a father to a 2-year-old daughter. I'm CPR/First Aid trained and provide patient, safe, individualized care.
