About Tiki

My experience caring for children is vast, varied and began at a very young age. I am the oldest child of four and helped to raise my younger siblings while I was still a child myself. This instilled a great sense of responsibility in me and where my love of caring for children began. I worked as a babysitter throughout middle school and high school which eventually lead me to a full time nanny position in Germany! While in Munich, I worked for the L family, caring for three children aged 2, 4 and a newborn. My duties included child care, driving to after school activities, light housework and cooking everyday for the whole family (which was my favorite!) We formed strong bonds with each other and worked as a unit to care for the kids. We remain very close to this day. I believe in a healthy lifestyle and very much enjoy reading & writing stories with the children, playing games, taking them on adventures outside and most importantly getting them in the kitchen to cook!
