Hello! My name is Tigist, but please refer to me as TG. I am interested in babysitting and tutoring children. I have established and coordinated tutoring programs for BCPS (Elementary and Middle school level). I also am currently a residential counselor for high school students. My current school has over 90 percent Special education student population. It has expanded my teaching skills, as well as engagement ability. I have also been CPR certified and MED certified for both of those roles. I get along great with children and teens because I practice transparency, accountability, and a nurturing spirit. I love to engage with my students with various games, take them on walks, and find ways to connect their interest in music/ other hobbies to the project or lesson they are learning.
