I'd describe my personality as eccentric, easy-going, & patient. I like working with kids because helping them become their best selves is beyond rewarding. I'm looking for a job that has flexible scheduling & that is accepting of the LGBT community. I started working with kids when I was growing up with my younger sister, as I would help guide her through parts of her life. I started working with kids professionally about four years ago when I was nannying two kids about twice a week (ages 3 & 7). In my spare time I like to create art for tattoos, read fantasy fiction novels, & play video games. One thing you should know about me is I like to build strong relationships with the kids & families so there is an abundance of trust. I want the parents & kids to be excited for me to come visit. I really enjoy taking the kids to parks, on walks, & on any adventures outdoors that we can to help stimulate the kids' minds. My skills include patience, redirection, & persistence.
