I may have begun my nannying career 6 years ago, but I have been working with children most of my life! I started as a mother's helper around 17 years ago, and have gone on to work as a babysitter, camp counselor, Sunday school teacher, day care assistant teacher, and finally, a full time nanny. I love children of all ages, and working in different environments has given me an understanding of developmental stages, so I am able to properly care for any infant, toddler, and child. I am caring, patient, creative, and love having fun! My favorite part of my job is getting to connect with kids about things they are passionate about - whether it's playing outside and being active, reading, playing games, arts and crafts, or singing and dancing! I love going on adventures and exploring all of the parks, libraries, museums, play spaces, or other fun things the area has to offer. My goal is to create a safe space for children to learn, grow, and explore, all while having lots of fun!

Whether providing safe transportation in her vehicle or remaining flexible when our schedule shifted, Tiffany consistently gave us total peace of mind. What sets Tiffany apart is her composure, intentionality, and deep care for each child. She formed unique, meaningful bonds with each of our kids while juggling the interests of all three kids concurrently. She handles sibling squabbles with patience and grace, turning tricky moments into opportunities for the kids to develop empathy and conflict-resolution skills. She walked lock-step with our parenting goals—eagerly taking guidance while proactively supporting our children's cognitive, relational, and emotional growth. Tiffany created a safe, enriching, and loving environment for our family, and any home would be exceptionally fortunate to have her. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
