Hello, My name is Tiffany! I am 26 years old I have been working as a Nanny since I was 16. I have worked with children of all ages and have experience with children who have hearing loss and special needs. I took ASL in college as my foreign language and incorporated that in my work even for hearing children as its a great tool developmentally before they can speak verbally. I love working with kids and I have experience with a variety of families. Some of my favorite things to do with kids include arts and crafts (age-appropriate) reading, listening to music, educational games with puzzles and letters, and more. I strive to come up with alternatives to electronics and I am willing to help clean up after kids as needed. I am also first aid and CPR pediatric certified. We hired Tiffany back in 2017 to watch our son who was 9 years old and has some special needs. She did a few days a week after school as well as a Friday or Saturday for date night alternating with another sitter we hired same year. Tiffany has been amazing and we have grown together over the past 8 years. Wonderful Communication skills, dependable and reliable for scheduling, and have never had any issues in all the time she’s watched our son who was a toddler and now a teenager with the mental level of a kindergartner. He’s also a big adult size now but Tiffany has always had patience and understanding and a cool head when dealing with situations if they arise which is seldom because he loves routines and familiar care givers. I’ve also watched this young lady grow into her own over the years. She had had previous nanny experience but every family is different. I give her lots of credit for what she does and have come to know her both professionally and personally. We trust her with both our home and our most prized possession and that is a big responsibility that she has proven to be indispensable to us. I would highly recommend her and if needed Tiffany can share my personal cell contact for a private conversation if needed for reference.
