I'm Tiffany, a SRNA for more than 25 years as well as a youth counselor for kids ages 9-21 with special needs, trauma and all mental health issues and have a way of connecting with almost all children. My kids are grown and married and one is living in Seattle where she opened a clothing store. I absolutely love getting the chance to enrich and enhance kids lives and can also do housekeeping, cooking, pet care , you name it! Your family will be my family when they are in my care. I also was a correctional officer for the KYDOC and am armed guard for homeland security so you can rest assured that I'll keep everyone safe and sound! Was planning on hiring But first day of job she did not show up. She let me know after she was already late that she was running late. So we agreed on a later time she was late for that also. In total she ended up being 4 hours or so late for the job I ended up canceling. Communication as far as letting me know what was going on in a timely manner was extremely poor. She seems like a very nice person. But as far as professional I'm very disappointed. She had no respect for my schedule and my time and given what I was hiring her for. As a caregiver It was very upsetting and disappointing, especially because I tried to be as accommodating as possible to her. Luckily I was able to make other arrangements to get help But again it was luck. Had I not been able to do that she would have left me in a very bad spot. And didn't seem to really want to acknowledge that. And even when I gave her a second chance it didn't seem to matter to her. She showed no urgency or importance for the job whatsoever.
