Hi! My name is Tierra, and I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare provider with professional experience working with children as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). I'm passionate about creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. My experience includes providing individualized care, supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs, implementing age-appropriate activities, promoting positive behavior, assisting with routines, and communicating effectively with parents and caregivers. I'm also experienced with telehealth services and working collaboratively with families and clinical teams. I understand that every child is different, so I take the time to learn their personality, routines, interests, and individual needs. My goal is to provide parents with peace of mind while making sure their little ones feel safe, cared for, and happy!
