About Tierney

I've been working with children either in an educational setting or as a nanny for about 15 years. Currently, I'm a high school English teacher, but I love all ages. Regardless of if you have a newborn, a 5-year-old, or a 13-year-old, my focus remains the same: safety, fun, and learning. I am always looking for creative ways to keep kids engaged in a healthy way. I love introducing kids to the big world with stuff like at-home science experiments, cooking, board games, hiking, the library, community events, the museum, etc. I am hoping to find childcare work over the summer as I am out of the classroom.
