I'm Tierney Ashe, and I'm excited to connect with your family! As a social worker with a Master's degree, I currently work at Williamsville Pediatrics, helping families and children thrive. My passion for fostering children's growth stems from years of babysitting and positive experiences with my energetic niece and nephew. I have three years of experience caring for children ages 0-11, and I'm comfortable with up to three children. I enjoy playing imaginative and learning-based games, from pretend play to outdoor adventures. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and will always follow your preferred communication method. I'm also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, and travel. I have First Aid Training and early childhood development coursework. My strengths are patience, creativity, and understanding child development at every age. I'd love to bring my calm, friendly, and engaging care to your little ones, especially on weekends or evenings.
