Tierna spent the summer as my 4yo son's 1:1 at his childcare center. She was amazing with him and he loved spending time with her. She was great at communicating and was reliable; even stepping in a few times last minute when other plans had fallen through. Tierna has a natural understanding of children with special needs; she knows what she is doing, but also knows the right people to ask for advice. Tierna will be the first person we reach out to if we ever need someone to work with my son again.
