I've cared for my great grandmother, great aunt, grandmother and a dear close friend to whom I call grandma all before they moved on. Caring for them gave me the knowledge and skills that I have now to apply to my duties caring for your loved one. I'm looking for a job that is welcoming, consistent and stable. I started caring for seniors when I was 24 years old. At that time I was caring for my great grandmother. One thing you should know about me is that I have a very big heart. I love and care for all. I love what I do and that makes me good at my job. I'm always ready to learn being that each individuals are different. I had no idea what in-home care would be, but hiring Tieara has put any and all of my concerns to rest. She is remarkable. She is very proactive in doing what l need without me having to ask. She only needs to be asked to do something once then it stays on her radar from that point forth. She is very tuned in to me and what l mean by that is if something is wrong, she picks up on it very quickly. Tieara is a very responsible and personable caregiver and is a joy to be around. Anyone would benefit from her care.
