About Tia

Hi! My name is Tia! Working with children has always been something I genuinely enjoy and find rewarding. Throughout the years of babysitting children of all ages and four years as a Swim Instructor, I have had the opportunity to build meaningful connections with children while helping them learn, grow, and feel confident. Whether I was caring for a child in their home or encouraging them as they learned a new swimming skill, I always strived to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where they felt comfortable and valued. These experiences have strengthened my patience, creativity, and ability to meet each child where they are while supporting their individual needs. I am excited for the opportunity to bring my caring nature, positive attitude, and passion for helping children thrive to your family!
