About Tiaunia

Tiaunia has been an incredible night nanny for my son. S was born premature, and while she's experienced with children of all ages, he's the first preemie she's cared for — you would genuinely never know it. She came in confident and kind from day one, took detailed notes on his specific needs, and has excelled at learning his quirks, feeding routine, and medication schedule (she gives his BID medication and documents everything in his baby book without ever needing a reminder). She's incredibly gentle with him, and somehow gives the best baby manicures with total confidence — something I still find intimidating. She's reliable, communicates clearly, and has been flexible with us on payment logistics. Most importantly, she listened to what our son actually needed rather than expecting him to fit a standard routine. Highly recommend her to any family, especially one with a medically complex or preemie baby who needs someone patient and attentive. So VERY happy with her to be part of S's fresh existence <3
