About Tiarra

Hi, my name is Tiarra. I am an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse providing private duty care and companionship in home and community settings. I assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication reminders/management, vital sign monitoring, mobility support, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments. I also have experience with dementia care, G-tube care and feeds, post-hospital support, and providing compassionate care for clients ( elderly, pediatric ) who wish to remain comfortable and independent in their homes. I enjoy building meaningful connections with clients while ensuring they receive safe and attentive care. I am reliable, patient, and dedicated to providing quality nursing support. I am also continuing my education as a nursing student working toward my RN. I look forward to supporting families and their loved ones.
