About Tianna

We worked with Tianna since 2023. She is incredible. She is the most reliable, caring, hardworking individual. She melded right into our family almost instantly and cared for my grandmother like she was her own. She is extremely friendly and approachable, yet still very professional and trustworthy. Something my family will continue to be grateful for was how she advocated for my grandmother’s health and care. She was the first person to notice if something was off with her mood or health and would communicate it with our family and help us walk through the next steps. She was always very steadfast, even in more serious or urgent situations which is so helpful when dealing with the uncertainty of your loved ones health. There was not a day she provided subpar care. She would prepare meals, physically move my grandmother who was unable to walk and helped her to the bathroom, helped her shower and get dressed, tidied up her space, always ensured her overall safety and happiness. She easily picked up on her personality and little quirks and made sure she was always comfortable. I lived in the home with my grandma, so I interacted with Tianna almost every shift she worked. She also made me feel very comfortable and I loved having her in the house. There were even nights where she would watch jeopardy with our family and she just fit in so well. She is honest and extremely trustworthy and just an all around amazing human. I am so grateful for the work she did and I cannot say enough good things about her.
