About Tiani

I have over 10 years experience as a nanny and former preschool teacher. I'm the oldest child out of 8 siblings. An all in one professional and personal hands on experience being a parent, teacher, nanny and babysitter. I have college education in early childhood development/education. I'm CPR and first aid certified. I'm very pet friendly. Welcoming any type of Pets. I have experience with all ages from birth to teens. As well as multiples such as twins, triplets and or large families. I also have experience with special needs care like Down syndrome, autism(all spectrums), learning delays and behavioral challenges. My goal is to provide the child or children with the best quality one on one care that they need to grow and develop successfully. I provide a safe, loving fun environment for children to explore, learn and express themselves through play. As well as creating teachable moments while also practicing Montessori and child directed developmental learning methods.
