About Tiana

Hi! My name is Tiana, and I'm a caring, patient, and reliable caregiver with over 8 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I hold a master's degree in Behavior Analysis and currently work as an ABA Strand Specialist in a public school, where I support students with autism and a wide range of developmental and learning needs. I also have extensive experience working with children of all ages, including those who are nonverbal or use AAC devices. In addition to my current role, I'm pursuing a second master's degree in Special Education (K-8), reflecting my deep commitment to helping children grow, learn, and thrive. I bring calm, consistency, and creativity to every interaction, always tailoring my approach to meet each child's unique strengths and needs.
