About Tiana

I am a responsible and compassionate 20-year-old currently attending school to become a labor and delivery nurse while also working at a hospital. My passion for caring for others extends beyond my studies and work--I have hands-on childcare experience from participating in my high school's child development program, as well as personal experience caring for children in my family. I am patient, nurturing, and attentive, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of the children in my care. My background in healthcare has given me a strong understanding of child development, health, and safety practices, and I am comfortable handling the needs of infants and young children. I am reliable, organized, and able to balance multiple responsibilities, making me adaptable to different family routines and schedules.
