About Tiana

Hello! I am Tiana! I am a passionate and dedicated early childhood educator with over 5 years of in-classroom experience, currently pursuing my Master's in Early Childhood Education to obtain my P-3 certification. My background includes 2 years as a Child Development Specialist, 2 years as a Special Education Teacher, and 3 years as a Lead Preschool Teacher. I bring a strong foundation in supporting diverse learners through Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and I am committed to creating inclusive, developmentally appropriate, and culturally responsive learning environments. With a deep love for children and a focus on their holistic development, I strive to build strong partnerships with families and empower each child to reach their fullest potential.
