Tiaira has been our full-time nanny since our daughter was 4 months old. Right away, she adapted to our daily routine and put our daughter onto a consistent baby schedule. She's kept her on track with developmental milestones, and has been an incredible resource to us as first-time parents. She takes her to different parks throughout the day and has found classes and activities to keep her engaged at every stage. She's also orderly, keeping our place and play areas clean, fully-stocked, and tidy. Tiaira has a calm, respectful demeanor that our daughter responds well to, but we've also seen her be firm when needed. She's observant and informs us of any new developments/concerns that may have come up during the day. When Covid hit, Tiaira was able to balance all of this around two of us working from home. She was also trustworthy - we knew she was taking every precaution to keep herself and our daughter safe. We highly recommend her as an experienced, reliable, and engaging nanny.
