About Tiadra

As the oldest of 6 children and the 1st of 20+ grandchildren I have 10+ years of experience in taking care of children from newborn to teenagers. I have also have had the joy and privilege to use my skills, experience and gifting to support my communities families whether in their homes, at work or in Children's Ministry at my home church. What drives me is my passion to encourage, walk alongside and pour into the younger generations. I aim to be completely present to the individual needs of each child creating a space for structure, fun, safety, growth and love. I believe that consistency is a must for children so on top of what I naturally bring to the table you can expect me to continue and prioritize the standard and tone set by you as the guardian/parents for your children. For your peace and comfort, you will receive regular detailed and thorough check-ins, updates and summaries of interactions and events that occur while your child(ren) are in my care.
