Thuy is very professional, detail oriented, punctual and kind.  She was quite accommodating of our schedule changes and unforeseen events (our son had surgery), and was easy going at every turn.  She made every effort to understand all that we needed and to facilitate great communication from the get go.  Definitely someone you can depend on!

She is such an amazing person. She is dependable and always goes out of her way even if it is not in her job description. She took care of my son for over 2 years and even potty trained him.

I am writing another review for Thuy because the last review I wrote was not accurate & I was bitter about losing her and I did not communicate what our needs were. I have a 4 year old daughter who is very hyper and feisty. On her first day our daughter did walk out of the house but Thuy was in the kitchen cleaning up after my daughter and our daughter went upstairs to grab her things and somehow managed to walk outside. This was not Thuy's fault but it was our lack of parenting for our child. Our child was lashing out because she did not want a babysitter and only us. I originally told Thuy I needed her for morning and afternoon pickups and when the day came to start I changed what we originally discussed & also did not pay her for the 2 hours minimum as we discussed. She is a good babysitter & I guess my pregnancy hormones got the best of me. Anyone would be lucky to have her

We hired Thuy to work with my 4 year old daughter. The process took about 10-15 hours considering the time to interview on the phone and in person, call her references, have her come play with my daughter while my husband and I were home, walk her through my daughter's school to know the check in / check out routine. She started working for us and one of the first mornings she did not notice that my daughter had walked outside the house by herself. Shortly thereafter Thuy had some extenuating life circumstances that made it no longer possible for her to work for us. Instead of communicating this directly to us she simply dropped off the car seat and key at my daughters school and did not contact me directly. I understand that things change, however I wish she would have communicated more clearly so that I could better arrange back up childcare etc on my end.

Thuy has a heart of gold. I am so lucky to have found her. She watches my 2 children they are 6 months old and 5 years old. I have several camera in my home and have watched how she is my children and she is amazing. She is definitely someone that you can trust. She is always on time and my kids love her. I have been using her for over 2 years and I will continue to use her. She's the best and anyone that has the honor of working with her will never regret it and will be totally satisfied

I interviewed Thuy for a Mother's Helper position. I was very impressed with her. Although our schedules didn't match up for this position, I would definitely use her for babysitting when needed. 

She's absolutely amazing. I love how she cares for my child. Always has such a great attitude.
