About Thomas

I cared for my wife 24/7 for the last several years of her life and was a trained, volunteer, end-of-life care doula at CCLD for a year. I have all the CNA skills but no certificate. I have helped two clients at their homes on a regular basis over the last two years. I have worked with physically and cognitively challenged as well as dementia clients, including two family members with Alzheimers. Our mission in life is to give our selves to others. The opportunity to help those who are no longer able to help themselves is a blessing. My personality is gregarious, curious and helpful. I am calm, patient and non-judgemental. I like to sculpt, read, write, meditate and communicate with family. My skills also include curiosity, communication and accountability. I am committed to one regular client for 15 hours/wk. I would like any additional work to be mostly companion related. My rate is $25/hour.
