About Thomas

Hi there! My name is Thomas C. and I have 2 years of private school teaching experience, where I taught 4-5 grade math, 9-12 math, computer science, PE, as well as a variety of other subjects. I also have experience working as a Paraprofessional in a middle school ASD class. I'm currently working on obtaining my teaching certificate. I'm comfortable teaching any age group, although I have a preference for elementary and middle school students. My teaching style involves assessing the student's needs and tailoring the lessons to their individual learning style. Whenever possible, I like to teach 2-3 methods to solve a problem. In addition to my teaching experience, I also have a love for reading, painting miniatures, and playing with my dog. My availability is very consistent, and I'm available after school hours and on weekends. I look forward to working with you and helping your child achieve academic success!
