Theresa has worked with our family for one year now and our kids absolutely love her. If she is not here, my daughter who is 3 is constantly asking where she is! She has never missed a day of work, is responsible, and really the most important is that we trust her with our 3 kids. She can be a mothers helper and is also fine solo. Also we are on the go sometimes, so what our days look like can change and last minute, Theresa is very adaptable. I would highly recommend her:)
