About Theresa

I'd describe my personality as vibrant, outgoing, lovable. I like working with kids because I have four boys of my own. Kids keep me grounded and knowing I'm helping raise generational minds means everything to me. It's extremely rewarding! I'm looking for a job that allows me to be myself and become apart of their family helping raise their beautiful kid(s). I started working with kids when I was 16 years old and I wanted to help my mother raise my two younger siblings. In my spare time, I like to write poetry, go to the gym, have game night with my family, bake with my boys, do DIY projects on the weekends. One thing you should know about me is I'm big on communication, boundaries and respect. I'll go above and beyond to get results and I'm very upfront with any and everything. My skills include understanding them, making them feel like they're understood and heard, lastly holding them accountable for their actions. Pushing them to be the best version of themselves.
