When looking at this candidate plz be aware she no showed for 2 interviews and never called. The first time while my 89 year old Mother and I patiently waited for arrival...she never came or called to inform us. I reached out to her the next day and that's when she said she had been in an accident but was ok. So, a month later I held more interviews and gave her another opportunity. Same exact thing....no show and no phone call. I didn't have the heart to tell my Mother it was the same lady but felt if you are looking for a caregiver...I would not consider Theresa bc of her lack of professionalism and consideration for others.
