Theresa was a great communicator right from the start! We needed a last minute sitter and Theresa came to our rescue. She was very personable and professional during our phone conversation, asking great questions to prepare for her evening with my kiddos. When she arrived we were instantly greeted by her warm personality and she fit in perfectly with my children and our pups (who loved her company as well). We will definitely hire Theresa again!! :)
